The Independent Teacher Workload Review Group published their findings in March 2016 for reducing teacher workload in three main areas - planning, marking, and data management.

Members concerned about workload should ideally share and discuss as widely as possible the information and possible solutions for reducing workload that have been identified.

Approaches for reducing workload will obviously have a bigger impact when implemented as widely as possible throughout the workplace. So the bigger the discussions, the more effective the measures taken for reducing workload will be.
